I’m Cassie

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC and Registered Art Therapist ATR

Through holistic and creative art therapies, I’ll help you move through life transitions with grace by working to stabilize your emotions, increase self confidence, and enjoy your life again.

I utilize a variety of modalities in the therapeutic work including attachment based family theory ABFT, trauma informed practices, Internal Family Systems IFS, Mindfulness, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Creative Art Therapy, and other holistic techniques. I am licensed to practice in California and Colorado and specialize working with young women.

My approach focuses on healing relationships, both with yourself and others; and understanding how old emotional wounds impact the connections with those closest to us. I want to support clients by exploring barriers to vulnerability and the causes of recurring shame.

I reinforce a golden thread of learning to trust in yourself and your own inner wisdom as a guide.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me hiking a trail, trying a new recipe, boarding a plane, or overspending at a farmers’ market. Life is too short, don’t skip the pastry.

I love nature and enjoy being active year round with the seasons.  Traveling lights me up, exploring new places, trying new food, immersing myself in cultures keeps the creative juices flowing.  I incorporate yoga as a spiritual practice and support as well.

  • Click “Book a Session” or "Let's get started" to set up a 15 minute consultation call

  • During the call we will determine if we are a good fit, if so, we will schedule the initial intake session and get the process started!

  • We will begin meeting weekly for 55 minute therapy sessions.
