We will begin meeting weekly for 55 minute therapy sessions.

$150 for a 55 minute telehealth session.
Yes, I accept insurance and also offer private pay options.
In Colorado and California, I am currently accepting Atena, Cigna, Optum, Oxford, Quest, United Healthcare, Blue Cross-Blue Shield PPO/HMO, Anthem, Carelon, Kaiser, Oscar, UHC, UMR, and many other branches of these health insurance plans.** This may not reflect the most up to date list of insurance carriers, please inquire.
For all clients, I am happy to provide a superbill outlining services for direct reimbursement to the client. I recommend calling your insurance to find out what reimbursement will look like for an out-of-network provider, as reimbursement is not always guaranteed.
Currently all sessions are offered via telehealth. These live video therapy sessions are available to anyone in Colorado and California only. We use a secure HIPAA platform to conduct these video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.
Not at all! Art therapy does not require any artistic skill or talent; it focuses instead on the process of creation and the therapeutic benefits it provides. It is a tool for expression and meaning.
